Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you join the BLKNomad alert list we collect the email address you provide, and — only if you choose to give it — a mobile phone number. We also store the destinations and travel styles you select, and whether you opted in to SMS alerts and to FlyPrivateBack flight alerts.

We do not collect payment information. BLKNomad does not process bookings; when you follow a link to a partner such as Viator, Booking.com, or Villiers Jets, any details you enter there are governed by that company's privacy policy, not ours.

How we use it

We use your email to send destination drops, Fly & Stay deals, and the alerts you asked for. If you provided a phone number and ticked the SMS box, we use it to text time-sensitive travel alerts. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

SMS alerts and consent

SMS alerts are strictly opt-in. Providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you to texts — you must also tick the SMS consent box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You can also email us to be removed from all lists.

Mobile information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from any information sharing; this information will not be shared with any third parties. FlyPrivateBack is a property owned and operated by Volition Technology Consulting, the same company that operates BLKNomad, and is not a third party.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and links people use, including when an outbound partner link is clicked. This tells us which content is useful; it is not used to identify you personally. You can block analytics with any standard browser content blocker.

Retention and your choices

We keep your subscription record until you unsubscribe. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and STOP removes you from SMS immediately. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.

This refers only to commissions we earn on outbound booking links. It involves no sharing of your personal information or your mobile information with any affiliate or third party.
